Anne and Dan’s Beautiful Outdoor Lyons Wedding

Anne and Dan’s Intimate Lyons River Bend wedding was simply perfect. Though Anne and Dan had known each other since college, they didn’t start dating until their college reunion. Luckily it was all they needed and they  quickly knew they wanted to spend their lives together.

From the start, their goals were to

1. get married
2. celebrate with good food and good company
3. enjoy the great outdoors with their guests

I love this attitude on a wedding day because its a focus on the things that really matter–your connection with your partner and the celebration of your marriage and the adventures you will have together.

Anne got ready in the River Bend’s beautiful glamping tent, then made her way to the ceremony site, just steps away.  After their vows, the couple joined their friends and family for lawn games and cocktails by the river, then retreated to the hillside for a delicious al fresco dining experience.

The rest of the evening was spent hanging out by the river under the market lights listening to live music and warming themselves by the bonfire.  In my opinion, the perfect way to end an intimate Lyons River Bend wedding.
