Denver Wedding in a Historic Mansion | Annie and Jack

For my last fall wedding of the 2017 season I joined forces with Jenae Lopez Photography again to photograph Annie and Jack’s wedding in a historic Denver mansion.

I started the day hanging out with Jack and his groomsmen at an amazing modern house in Denver.  The vibe was relaxed and low key laced with excited anticipation.

I followed the groomsmen to City Park boathouse gardens where Jenae orchestrated a lovely first look between Jack and Annie.  I just love the way the two of them looked as they saw each other for the first time.  We had just enough time to sneak in some group bridal party photos before heading over to the church they had chosen for their ceremony.

After the ceremony, the sun made an entrance, just in time for an outdoor cocktail party at Grant-Humphreys Mansion.

Grant-Humphreys Mansion is a beautiful historic mansion in Denver’s Quality Park neighborhood and I just love the grand feel of the balconies and historically restored bedrooms and bathrooms.  Dinner was served inside just as the sun set, then the entire wedding crew danced the night away.
