Eldorado Canyon Engagement | John and Elaine

I can’t believe that I’ll be celebrating with John and Elaine at their wedding in just under a week–where has the time gone?

To get in the spirit, I wanted to share their Eldorado Canyon Engagement, which was the perfect mix of fun, colorful, and relaxed.  John and Elaine love rock climbing and Eldorado Canyon is one of their favorite places to climb.  So it was only fitting that we highlighted their love for the park in their engagement session.

We started the afternoon chasing the last bit of sun in the canyon, hopping from rock to rock in the river and enjoying the beautiful late June weather. Despite not knowing what to expect during an engagement session, John and Elaine rolled with the punches, alternating between goofy, sweet, and cuddly throughout the session.  And of course, a champagne toast didn’t hurt!

After exploring Eldorado, we headed to Chautauqua Park in Boulder to capture the iconic views of the flatirons before heading to Pearl Street and ending with a few twilight portraits under the lights.

I can’t wait to see you both this weekend!

John and Elaine are working with Lilli at Sweetly Paired for the wedding and I can’t wait to see how the day unfolds!
