Hawaii Kapolei Golf Course Wedding

It wasn’t in my original plans, but when Jason and Jes’ photographer Jeska, from Jeska Believes Photography posted that she was looking for a second shooter for their Hawaii Kapolei Golf Course wedding, I jumped at the chance to pitch in. Not only was I excited to shoot another wedding, and a wedding in Hawaii at that, but it also gave me the opportunity to check Goal #13 (shoot a wedding as a second shooter) off of my 101 Goals in 1001 Days list.

While Jeska was with Jes and the girls getting ready at Jes’ mom’s house, I was at the Sheraton Waikiki with Jason and the guys.

Jes made these awesome boutonnieres with vintage cars. And a rock and roll themed wedding isn’t complete without skulls in the decor.
Talk about riding in style!
We got the golf course before the girls so we snuck in some portraits of the guys.
When the girls arrived, the guys went into hiding and we got some beautiful portraits.
Amazing.
All the girls had handmade accessories and awesomely sparkly eyelashes.

The wedding took place in the light and airy breezeway and Jes made all the decorations.
