Intimate Hotel Teatro Wedding | Jenny and Kristen
On a busy week in August, I met up with Shannon McQueen to photograph the Intimate Hotel Teatro wedding of Jenny and Kristen. And there was so much to love about this wedding!
First of all, Hotel Teatro has an awesome, other-era vibe. I just love the library where they chose to hold their ceremony. The blue floor to ceiling built in bookshelves housed antiques and flanked a beautiful fireplace. Not to mention the lighting in this space was killer before the sun went down.
In front of about 50 of their closest family and friends, Jenny and Kristen stood at the alter and pledged to honor and respect each other, to love and accept each other, and to share their lives together.
I also love that they chose to forgo the traditional wedding attire and both wore dresses that were flattering and elegant. Their attendants were their kids and nieces and nephews, all dressed in dapper suspenders and bow ties.
