Red Rocks Amphitheater Engagement Photos | Monica and Jason
At the end of March I met up with Monica and Jason at Red Rocks Amphitheater for their engagement session. It was an unusually hot day for March, but that allowed us to wear dresses and tank tops and imagine that it was summer and we were at the park for a concert. The weather also set the stage perfectly for summer activities, like drinking craft beer and tossing a frisbee around, both of which Monica and Jason brought to the shoot. The day of our shoot was also their one year engagement anniversary, which was a fitting time to get out and play together in one of the most beautiful parks in Colorado.
Shooting at Red Rocks provides endless variety and all of the locations we explored were located within a quarter mile on either side of the amphitheater. In addition, Monica and Jason were relaxed right from the start, which meant their genuine emotion and happiness shone through in every frame.
I’m so excited for their wedding at Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield at the end of May!
Good luck with your half marathon, Jason :)
