Romantic Gardens Wedding | Elspeth and Stephen

Elspeth and Stephen planned an elegant wedding at the Denver botanic Gardens. We got lucky, and that the oppressive heat we had experienced in June tapered off for their wedding day.

We did the first look at the wharing house gardens, where Stephen and Elspeth shared original haiku’s with each other. With their wedding party looking on, they signed their Ketubah and their marriage license before the ceremony.

Elspeth beautiful wedding dress featured an elegant bow which tied in with the elegant black mismatched bridesmaids dresses, and the Romantic Gardens where they chose to hold their ceremony.

With about 100 people watching on, they exchanged personalized vows under the chuppa. Their relationship is one of endurance and patience and waiting for the right time for things to happen. But the small moments that have kept them together, contributed to the beautiful life that they have built together. And wish they will continue together as a married couple.

After the traditional breaking of the glass, they walked back down the aisle full of smiles, with Steven fist pumping and high-fiving their guess as they went

They held cocktail hour in the amphitheater tent, then transitioned to dinner under the market lights of the tent. Their families gave meaningful and heartfelt toasts

We snuck out around sunset is in the gardens, and everyone transitioned to the orchid house for dancing and ice cream.

Stephen and Elspeth had a rowdy hora and some really fun crazy energy on the dance floor. Stephen is a very extroverted person, and he reveled in the hours he got to spend dancing hugging and laughing with his friends

They toasted and fed each other ice cream, and the party was still going strong when I packed up and left.
