This past fall was WET. Like squishy, rain for days wet. I even had to postpone an engagement session twice because of the rainy weather.

But rain or shine, wedding days will happen no matter what. Besides, rain on a wedding day is good luck, right?

In Colorado, this kind of go with the flow attitude is exactly what you need and Blair and Luke were the epitome of this laid back vibe. From their pre-wedding outdoor barbecue to their lovely indoor Donovan Pavilion Wedding in Vail, Blair and Luke personified focusing on the important (getting married, friends, and family), while diminishing the non-important (rain).

After hanging out with Luke and his family in their hotel room, we met up with Jenae and Blair on the covered bridge near Betty Ford Gardens in downtown Vail. The first look between Blair and Luke was super sweet.The celebration continued at the Donovan Pavilion Vail Wedding as Blair danced down the aise to a waiting Luke.
We had a brief break in the rain and snuck outside for just a few photos among the yellow aspens.Finally, party time–complete with lifesize Bridesmaid cutout.Congratulations Blair and Luke!
