COLORFUL + CONNECTED Weddings for DEVOTED and COURAGEOUS People

On Your Wedding Day You Want to Feel:

Celebrated & Accepted

Supported & Understood

Authentically You

DEVOTED AND COURAGEOUS PEOPLE

Sometimes, it takes courage to follow your heart. Not all relationships are immediately accepted by those around you, but I believe that the strength it takes to nurture and build those relationships leads you to a quietly confident and deeply devoted place that is the perfect foundation for a marriage.

I love working with couple’s who put their relationship first–who devote themselves to each other and who build their dreams with consideration and love for each other.

I believe the best partners celebrate your quirks and accomplishments equally, and stand beside you when you need it the most. I believe that being courageous in your relationship means walking hand in hand in a direction that embraces and celebrates YOU.

Whether you’re celebrating with your family or your chosen family (or any combination in between), I want to be there to capture it.

You believe in connected weddings because a marriage should be celebrated with the people who mean the most to you and not a person more.

“Wow, wow, wow. I really don’t have the words to describe how much I love these!! Thank you so much for capturing US on our special day.”

~Jamie and John

love is love is love

CONNECTED WEDDINGS AREN’T JUST SMALL

When people talk about intimate weddings they often mean “a small guest count”. But intimate is so much more than small. It’s a state of being within a relationship and a sense of deeply knowing another person to the point that you are completely and utterly yourself with them. Intimacy goes hand in hand with trust, passion, values, and the deep seeded need to connect and understand (and be understood by) other people.

Whether you’re celebrating with five family members in a meadow, 100 of your closest friends at a backyard BBQ, or just the two of you on a mountain top with your dog, surround yourself with those who love you and cherish your relationship for exactly what it is.

Weddings and Engagements

“Jennie is an absolutely amazing wedding photographer. She does a brilliant job capturing the intimacy and joy shared between a couple, and she makes the (sometimes awkward) experience of being photographed full of laughter and silliness. Jennie is a joy to work with and her photography is breathtaking.”

Hello!

I’m Jennie (she/her/hers)

a LGBTQ+ Colorado and Denver wedding photographer

I photograph connected weddings for devoted and courageous couples.

I believe the best wedding days celebrate your unique connection with quiet touches, intimate smiles, and heartfelt laughter.

I think that life is better if you know how to rock a pair of purple pants, that cinnamon rolls can be eaten any time of day, and that you should always fall asleep holding hands.

I may be a professional Colorado and Denver wedding photographer, but I have quirks just like you. Read on if you want to know more about me!

“Jennie captured the vibe of our wedding perfectly, and has this magical, uncanny ability to know just when to press the shutter. Throughout the wedding she was calm, creative, offered suggestions where appropriate, and was game to try new and interesting ideas. I even had a number of guests come up to me to comment on how wonderful Jennie was.”

~Lihsia and Lewis
