Goal #89: Be in Four Places at Once

While we were in Southwest Colorado, we figured out that we were only about 30 minutes from the Four Corners, an item that was also on my 101 Goals in 1001 Days list.  We couldn’t pass up the opportunity to check it out, so after leaving our campsite, we drove south and hit up the four borders of New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado.  We patiently waited our turn and finally got to say that we were in 4 places at once!

Before heading out for the day, we stopped for some authentic fry bread at a stand in New Mexico.  Its another one of my personal life goals to visit all 50 states (though it only counts if I do something in that state–a layover in an airport does NOT count), so I can successfully check off both Arizona and New Mexico.  Though I’d like to still return and do something more in-depth in both states, I’ll take it for now.
