Romantic Ranch Wedding with Horses

Ally and Marco’s Romantic Deer Creek Valley Ranch Wedding was one for the books. Though I’ve photographed at the ranch several times, the venue’s versatility never fails to amaze me. With a backdrop of stunning mountain views, a cozy reception space, and two ceremony sites to choose from, each couple’s unique design perspective has room to shine.

Ally and Marco chose to plan a cozy, laid back, intimate celebration for their guests and each choice was made to enhance their guest experience. From s’mores on the patio to a sunset visit to the resident horses (and for portraits too–just wait!), the day was fun, relaxed, and a true reflection of the values of Ally and Marco.

When I arrived, Ally and Marco were hanging out with their family, playing games and doing a final walk around of the space (separately, as they were saving their first look for the ceremony). A couple of stress-free hours later, the two were walking back down the aisle as husband and wife. They enjoyed their first dance on the beautiful stone patio, then retreated inside the barn for dinner and cake, before heading out again with their guests to enjoy sunset.

Overall, this was a dream day and I feel so fortunate to have been chosen to celebrate with them.
