I met Allie and Jay through the Denver Photo Betties Facebook Group. I had posted for someone who might be able to watch Remi on a Saturday when I was shooting a wedding and Heather was out of town. Remi loved them and their dog Olive and it was so nice to put a real face to a Facebook name.
Allie and Jay are wedding photographer’s themselves (Technicolor Vision), so you know they have high standards, but they were super excited to choose Cassie Rosch Photography for their wedding and I was happy to be able to come along to share in their wedding day.
I loved that their wedding was uniquely them and included their beloved Olive, a first look at their house (which they LOVE spending time at), and fun, flirty attire. Jay even wore a cardigan–LOVE. Oh, and just because they could, they built in time to pre-game with friends and family at their favorite bar before their sunset wedding at the Space Gallery.
Pre-wedding I hung out with Jay and his brothers (who look insanely alike) while they got ready, then met up with the group for the first look, portraits, pre-game, and the main event, the Space Gallery Wedding.
They held the ceremony at the new Space Gallery on the edge of the Santa Fe Art District, which has similar features to the old gallery building (including a loft), but is larger and has an awesome outdoor patio.
After the ceremony, guests celebrated with homemade desserts, dancing, and a late night pizza truck.
Congratulations on your marriage Allie and Jay! I’m so glad I got to celebrate with you :)
