Wash Park Denver Wedding | Katie and Ryan

Early spring in Colorado can be so unpredictable.  Some years its 80 degrees in mid-March and some years is 50 degrees in mid-May.  This year fell into the latter category.  So when Katie and Ryan’s Wash Park Denver Wedding rolled around on the first Saturday of May, we found ourselves with umbrellas and raincoats over our camera equipment.

Nicole Noel Photography was kind enough to have me along as a 2nd photographer to celebrate with Katie and Ryan and we had a blast working together despite the weather.

Katie and Ryan were real troopers and rolled with the punches when their ceremony got moved from the Wash Park Gardens to the boathouse last minute.  And I just love the turquoise jacket that Katie donned as we wandered the park grounds.  The jacket upped the trendy, cool vibe of their small celebration to a new level.

Congratulations to the happy couple and thanks for having me along Nicole!
